Look at things as what they could be.
Not what they are.
You have a 50 / 50 chance. So why not try. Worst case that could happen, you start over.
An item is only worth, what someone else is willing to pay. Regardless of it's real worth.
Edit, edit, edit. If something comes in. Something must leave.
Or clutter takes over.
The best treasures are those you pass along to someone else.
Live and learn today for tomorrow, but cherish yesterday. For yesterday got you to today.
Treat rooms of your house like you do your clothing. Buy classics that can be mixed and matched. But, just like our tastes change in clothing so does our out look on decorating. What you love today, you may not tomorrow. That's OK!
