Over the last couple of days I have been driving my son to and from his job, gym, and where ever else he needs to be. His car is in the shop, so Mom becomes The Driver!!!
All was not lost, I found this wonderful corner etagere, with a little cleaning, it became the new home for hubby's decoy collection. It looks to be maple, and is old, the nails in the back are hand forged. Looked out for $10.
I did spend a little more on this chair $ 15. The fabric is suede and all original to the chair, the cane back is in perfect condition. A little cleaner on the seat, a little re-stuffing of the seat, and wow what a seat!!!

Holy moly! Talk about a good deed paying off! OK, so you're the mom and don't give a second thought to things like that, will gladly be doing these things until you're no longer able, but it's good to be rewarded occasionally. Those were really good finds.
